Support Leapfrog’s customers to have a great 3D printing experience
Leapfrog 3D printers are looking for a support engineer to propel the company to the next level. You will be supporting our customers for them to have a great experience with our range of 3D printers and other products. This support can range from answering simple usage questions to analyzing and solving more complex, technical issues with the 3D printer. You will be working closely together with our R&D department to ensure continuous improvement of our products. The main focus will be on our latest model, the Bolt Pro, although you will also be supporting some of our legacy models.
